Pregames and house events

I shoot pregames, mixers, swaps and socials. I get the posed pictures everyone asks for and the details the social chair spent all week on. These are from a Kappa Delta pregame.

One hour with me for a pregame or small get-together, and your photos back on a quick turnaround. Each extra hour is $75.

House event photos

Two hours at a social, mixer, swap or philanthropy event at the house. You get the whole photo library within one week. Each extra hour is $150.

House event video

Two hours of filming, cut into a 20 to 30 second reel ready for Instagram and delivered within one week. Each extra hour is $175.

Date parties

I photograph and film date parties for Ole Miss chapters around Oxford. They're dark and packed, so for photos I bring a second photographer and we split the room. This one is from a Delta Psi date party.

Three hours filmed from several angles, cut into a 20 to 30 second highlight reel for Instagram and TikTok, color graded and set to music. Each extra hour is $175.

Formals

Formals are the one Greek package where I bring the drone. I'm an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot, and when the weather and the location allow it, you get aerial footage with your reel.

Formal video

$2,500

Four hours of coverage with drone, weather permitting. You get a 30 to 60 second highlight reel and the aerial footage, color graded with custom music. Each extra hour is $175.

Parents weekend and large chapter events

For large chapter events I bring on additional photographers, two or three for parents weekend at Ole Miss, bid day or anything that size.

I quote each one on guest count, hours and locations, and for parents weekend, photo and video can go in the same quote.

Questions

What if our event runs longer?

Extra time is billed by the hour: $75 an hour for pregame photos, $150 an hour for house event photos, and $175 an hour for house event, date party and formal video.

Can you bring more than one photographer?

Yes. Date party photos always come with two photographers, and for parents weekend, bid day and other large chapter events I bring two or three and quote on guest count, hours and locations.

Should our chapter book photo or video?

Book photos if you want a full library for members to share, and video if you want a short reel for Instagram and TikTok. You can book both, and for parents weekend I can combine photo and video in one quote.

How fast do we get our photos and video?

House event photos and house event reels come back within one week, and pregame photos come back on a quick turnaround. For date parties and formals, ask me about timing when you reach out.

How do we book?
