Bid day is loud and over fast. I stay close for the reactions and step back for the wide shots of the house.

Pregames and house events
I shoot pregames, mixers, swaps and socials. I get the posed pictures everyone asks for and the details the social chair spent all week on. These are from a Kappa Delta pregame.
House event photos
House events are booked as SLP Media packages by guest count: one photographer for one hour for up to 100 guests, or two photographers for three hours at one venue for up to 500.

Two hours of filming, cut into a 20 to 30 second reel ready for Instagram and delivered within one week.
Date parties
I photograph and film date parties for Ole Miss chapters around Oxford. They're dark and packed, so for photos my SLP Media team brings two photographers and splits the room. Date party photos
Two photographers for three hours at one venue, up to 500 guests, covering the posed pictures and the candids. Guests find their photos with one selfie in the SelfSearch AI gallery, and the photos they save carry your logo on a custom branded template.
Date party video
The same package as formal video: four hours filmed from several angles, with the drone when the weather and the location allow it, cut into a 30 to 60 second highlight reel plus the aerial footage, color graded with custom music.
Formals
Date parties and formals share one video package, and it's the one Greek package where I bring the drone. I'm an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot, and when the weather and the location allow it, you get aerial footage with your reel. Formal photos are booked as SLP Media packages, the same as date parties.

Parents weekend and large chapter events
For parents weekend and other large chapter events, my SLP Media team brings four photographers for four hours with a lighting package for posed family photos.

At a pregame, date party, formal or parents weekend, SLP Media's roaming photographers work the whole venue, from the first arrivals to the dance floor, instead of all waiting at one backdrop for people to come to them. We're high energy: we hype up groups, pull members and dates into shots and keep the room going, and we plan coverage with your social chair so no part of the night is left out.
The photos members save can carry your letters or crest on a custom branded photo template, a border or overlay included in every SLP Media package, when the chapter or its national office permits the artwork.
Members and guests get their photos on their phones through SelfSearch AI, SLP Media's facial recognition gallery, built in house by Samuel Long Productions. Everyone uses one private link: they open it in their phone's browser, take one selfie and see the photos they're in, with no app and no account. Each selfie is matched once, only against that event's gallery, and is never saved.

Questions
What if our event runs longer?
Extra time is billed by the hour. Photo add-ons are on the SLP Media packages page and video rates are on my pricing page. If you know the event will run long, tell me up front and I'll build it into your quote.
Can you bring more than one photographer?
Yes. SLP Media packages come with one, two or four photographers. Date party photos always come with two, and for parents weekend the full team brings four. SLP Media does roaming event photography, so the photographers move through the whole event and cover the room, not just one backdrop.
Should our chapter book photo or video?
Book photos if you want a full library for members to share, and video if you want a short reel for Instagram and TikTok. You can book both, and for parents weekend I can combine photo and video in one quote.
How fast do we get our photos and video?
Photos come back in the SelfSearch AI gallery, which uses facial recognition so each guest finds the photos they're in on their phone with one selfie. I plan delivery within 2 days of the event (3 days for Monday to Thursday events). House event reels come back within one week. For date party and formal video, ask me about timing when you reach out.
Can you put our letters on the photos?
Yes. Every SLP Media package includes a custom branded photo template, a border or overlay that puts your sorority or fraternity letters, crest or logo on the photos guests save, plus up to three lines of text, like the chapter name, the date or the event theme. Letters and crest go on when the chapter or its national office permits the artwork, and the template also carries the SLP Media mark.
Is the facial recognition gallery private?
The selfies are. SelfSearch AI is SLP Media's own gallery, built in house by Samuel Long Productions rather than a third-party photo app, with privacy designed in. Each selfie is matched once, only against your event's gallery, and SLP Media never saves it. Photos and face data are deleted 30 days after the gallery closes, once any print orders are filled. Any member or guest can ask to be left out of matching or to have a photo taken down, and the chapter can add a PIN to keep the gallery to its guests.
